Fast paced restaurant, open 24 hours a day.
Dealing with day to day pressures of staffing, covering shifts, getting orders done for bar, tables and kitchen. Management of the kitchen to keep food orders timely, customer service, scheduling, coaching, training. Enjoyable part is working with nice staff in a team environment and being busy. Hardest part is having to let a staff member go when it hasn't worked out.
