Fun co workers

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Nice co-workers who become more like a family. The work was okay. Long and slow or fast and hectic. The guest were either very friendly or they wanted free things. Overall a good company

Management wears too many hats

My manager was always very busy doing other things, and barely had time to check in on us. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people that I worked with, the hardest part of the job was lack of support.

Pros

Free employee meals, good benefits

Cons

poor pay, poor leadership

Great Benefits for Travellers

It was very slow most days, which gave a lot of down time. Some of the other girls used this time to finish college work or catch up on reading. Since this is a pretty small cafe, cleaning was minimal. It was a very tight knit community throughout the hotel. Hotel benefits, such as discounted rates, was available.
