Work-life Balance

productive and a fun workplace
working there was not that hard but you just had a lot of hours to worka week, it would usually be 10 hours everyday and you never knew when you had a day off. it could be 1 day a week or 1 day every 2 week over all it wasn't stressful
Supervisor in Kingsville

Overall experience
I worked for them for just over six years in a managerial role and I found them to be a great company to work for. They were very personable with the staff and accommodating in helping their employees out. I left for another job closer to home because the driver down number 3 highway was too much for me or I would still be there today.

easy yet very diffcult
one of the worst experiences of my life. the job was very easy yet hard to stand for too long. annoying at times because you had to wake up early in the morning.
Labourer in southmountain, ontario

fun and easy going
I had a mix of responsibilities, from tending to animals, to loading transports, field work such as cutting hay, or buggy for combine, maintenance, cleaning up of the yard, cutting scrap steel..etc learned good time management skills, how to work well with a team while doing field work. Great bunch of guys to work with that all loved their jobs. Most enjoyable part was the long hours and running different equipment.
