Well paying for entry level.
Don’t get me wrong, Donorworx pays well, but they get their money’s worth. I was really suprised to make what they offered me while still in high school and the experience looks amazing on a resume but you have to have nerves of steel to work as a fundraiser. People do not appreciate being talked to out of the blue. I was called a terrorist by a stranger - more... on my first day. It’s hard. That’s why they pay pretty well. I definitely wouldn’t do it for minimum wage. This job is suited to someone who is passionate about the cause, or can handle being yelled at while standing in heels for 6 hours. - less
ProsGood pay, Opportunities to travel, Fairly easy to move up
ConsYou cannot sit on the job, Verbal abuse from strangers (more-so than a usual retail job), Coworkers change very frequently, Management changes very frequently sometimes no Campaign leaders just Regional manager
