My typical day at Don Valley North Toyota consisted of helping my team meet their goals in daily calls. My greatest lesson from this job was being able to recognize each team member's strength in learning abilities. If i was able to identify their strengths then I would be able to build on that strength to educate them on how to handle calls with customer and the most effective way to consistently meet their monthly goals.
- greet customers, direct them to the right department - answer multiple lines - enter all customers into higher gear. -line up sales people for new customers - dealer trades, locating new vehicles from different dealerships - make up schedules for co-workers - hardest part of the job is turning an angry customer into a happy customer.. - the most enjoyable part of my job is making sure we all get along and that we enjoyed our day..
