Reviews about Pay & benefits for Manager at Domino's
Good as a Part Time gig.
Manager (Former Employee) - Kelowna, BC - 19 September 2020
I worked as a manager for Dominos and the overwhelming theme I always saw from employees who left was that the hours were awful. If youre looking for some part time dinner shifts to supplement some other job or schooling, its a great choice. A career? Not so much. You'll be promised incredible things. Insane money. Don't listen. Run.

great as a first job and for students
Manager (Current Employee) - London, ON - 15 July 2020
-awesome job for students, with flexible hours
-room for growth & advancement to management positions
-fair pay
-fast pace but still fun
-friendy and a great way to meet people
I've been working at dominos since 2017 (grade 11) and I still work there currently. I was asked to become a manager after 1 year of working there. it's nice to work there as a student because the schedule is flexible and you give your availability on a weekly bases. The staff is friendly and it's generally an easy job. My one complaint is that as a manager, you don't get paid enough for the responsibly and amount of work you gotta do in comparison to customer service representatives... I only get a dollar extra than everyone else and I get triple the work and responsibility as a manager.
Pros
flexible
Cons
extra work

good place if you want a solid secure job that will be around for a couple years
Management 1 year (Former Employee) - Prince George, BC - 9 September 2019
the franchisee owner was a good person who paid his staff appropriately for the job they did and the hours they had to work the employees were good people you could joke and laugh with on a daily basis and still get all the work done together.
Pros
free food always
Cons
late night hours
