If you were to leave Domino's, what would be the reason?

I find a better place, go back to school for education background

Instability with schedules, they seem to think they can move you around and don't care if you have external obligations

Reason id leave is because I haven't been trained properly! And the drama is worse then factory work

I would need to find something that pays way more than what I earn with Dominos. With tips and mileage I make $25-$27 hourly while doing deliveries. It’s all about connecting with the customer. It’s easy to turn 10 minutes late and an upset customer with their order into a quick $5 tip by just connecting with the customer. Perhaps my previous employment helped in that regard however it’s a tough gig to walk away from when the work is so easy and the cash just keeps flowing in.

I worked for long time in Pizza place, if there is a reason to live,it part of my job to get it out of my way. And get busy Wich is a must to keep me love what I do

No training, low pay and bad ownership.

Dominos pays less than minimum wage.
