If you were in charge, what would you do to make Domino's a better place to work?

  • Pay drivers a dollar for mileage, pay closers and openers a dollar more then dinner rush in stores. Have enough staff that can cover shifts. Not having someone in charge of a business that takes bad about certain employees to other employees.

    Make the working environment less of a gossip house and more of a business oriented place to work.
