If you were in charge, what would you do to make Domino's a better place to work?

Pay drivers a dollar for mileage, pay closers and openers a dollar more then dinner rush in stores. Have enough staff that can cover shifts. Not having someone in charge of a business that takes bad about certain employees to other employees.
Give them a decent pay!!!!!!!!!! like 20 an hour and pay for their gas!!!!!!!!
Hire less people that hate their lives and everyone around them, or just fire them.
Make the working environment less of a gossip house and more of a business oriented place to work.
Give the people who work tirelessly at their jobs more ability to rise the corporate ladder
Have a 0 tolerance policy for rudeness and horrible customer service.
Give the employees something to do when they are waiting for orders from customers.I would make sure that the schedule is even and spread out and try to make sure my employees are happy with each other and the work in general

I would've provided at least 10 cads per hour to the store like every day the store sells 300-500 pizzas. if I did so then the workers won't change the job so often. Although I don't know about the situation in Toronto
