Very long days. Great pay. At least 2 days off in a row
Driver (Current Employee) –  Detroit, MI4 March 2018
This job requires you to work nights, long hours, team routes. Some cases you will sleep in the truck to clear your 10 hours. Must be able to get along with all types of people. Management tries to send you with a driver you prefer working with. But doesn't always happen. Great pay.
Pros
Very high income potential
Cons
Very long hours in the truck. Sometimes 24 hours

Driver (Current Employee) –  Detroit, MI23 February 2018
Great job. Excellent pay and benefits. Hard and stressful job, but you are compensated for it. They will work with you around your schedule if you have appointments or family dates. Jobs not for everybody, but if you're willing to work hard you can make good money.
Pros
Compensation.
Cons
Long days. Hard work, out in the weather etc etc

Its ok if you don't have a life
Driver (Former Employee) –  Erlanger, KY15 February 2018
Terrible hours, guaranteed you work 14 every day. Or on a team run when you supposed to be in the bunk sleeping your helping the other driver deliver the store, maybe get a 30min nap in between stops. On team runs you basically work 19 to 26hrs on very little to no sleep. Management showed no compassion to a driver robbed at gun point. Just a absolutely terrible place.
Pros
Money
Cons
Hours, start time, team runs

Stressful unorganized, and unsafe work environment
Warehouse Team Member (Current Employee) –  Kennesaw, GA11 January 2018
This position is very physically demanding, you will be required to load 2 full trailers on your own within a certain time frame. Be prepared for 12-15 hour shifts and a heavy workload. Management is awful , and work schedule is never set. The warehouse and especially the freezer is very unsafe. If you have no life outside of work then this is the job for you, pay is good and co-workers are awesome. There is very little chance for advancement so it’s basically a dead end job. I don’t recommend any to work here.
Pros
Pay and benefits
Cons
Poor management, long work hours, unsafe environment, unpredictable schedules

Good company with friendly people
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  Grand Prairie, TX11 May 2016
Good company that has different talents across the board with co-workers and management. Hardest part of the job was waiting for trucks to arrive at the warehouse to be unloaded which can set back everyone due to the fact that loaders needed the same truck to use to load product for drivers to take out the next day. I learned that if you work hard and be safe then you can accomplish anything. The most enjoyable part is the people that you work with because they become apart of your life and will be considered family.
Pros
Free lunches/dinner
Cons
short breaks
