dead end unrewarding job

Not a job to take if you have any desire to move ahead in your career. No room for advancement or change in direction. No recognition of the work you do. I found it to be an unhappy and discouraging place to work

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - London, ON - 18 November 2015

General Office administration and overall responsibility of the office. Much repetition, the same information had to be entered into 6 different databases that had very little output reporting capabilities. Very time consuming. I learned all about mortgage administration, residential and commercial lending practices, policies and procedures. My one manager was exceptional and the other was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Co workers were exceptional. Hardest part of the job feeling under utilized and under valued by one manager. The volume of work I accomplished daily was the most enjoyable.
