Great learning experience, stocking, merchandising, organizing backroom, majority of coworker were hard working n nice and funny. Faced paced have to get put stock adjust sightlines, assist backup cashier...a lot of moving, lifting, and customer service.....good job...politics around not enough hours for good employees... Really sad ..

I took a job at Dollarama to make a switch from small mom and pop retail to managing a greater number of people, I was there for about a year when I was recruited to a bigger much higher paying job. I worked at Dollarma to gain experience and a better understanding of larger chain retail, a strategy that paid off for me
