All persons in home office needs to work at a store with low hrs and a ton of freight and a seasonal change over (packup) with the expectation that next season will be set within 24hrs

Teach the managers how to deal with their team first.. some managers are tuff but they are still good, but some other managers are tuff but they do not no at all how to manage especially those who have no even level 1 English reading and writing

Trust and treat your employees well. People who were hired as full time should be getting full time. Not 2 shifts a week. People would be a lot happier going into a job they enjoy not dread, which in turn would improve the store and staff performance.
