The only thing I find is the demands are high and not Enough time to complete tasks. I think that they should implement a nighttime stock crew that way daily maintenance of store is better and to give customer a good experience and my concern is that it's a hazard to be. Putting stock away during business hours because what if a customer calls in person sells because we have boxes in the aisle it would be a crazy last week and potentially and very bad

Give employees who know what they are doing, and who take care if the store as a family get the hours....not "managers friends"... Who don't have a clue nor do they care.

Treat the staff better! Saying good morning to them and let them know when management is leaving. Making up schedule 2 weeks in advance! Talking with employees about hours of work the prefer!!
