Retain your good people by promoting past 3rd key within the store. Why give it to someone who has not developed the relationships with staff and community. Don't fix what is not broke

Trust and treat your employees well. People who were hired as full time should be getting full time. Not 2 shifts a week. People would be a lot happier going into a job they enjoy not dread, which in turn would improve the store and staff performance.

The only thing I find is the demands are high and not Enough time to complete tasks. I think that they should implement a nighttime stock crew that way daily maintenance of store is better and to give customer a good experience and my concern is that it's a hazard to be. Putting stock away during business hours because what if a customer calls in person sells because we have boxes in the aisle it would be a crazy last week and potentially and very bad
