The management in this location are the least professional, most demeaning and demoralizing group of disorganized people I have ever encountered in a work environment.
You need better training for all management including the DMS and RMS
Better wage increases than 10 cents per year
Cut the wages of the managers DMS and RMS and give to the employees
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Dollarama a better place to work?
I would try to make it a fun place to work, but make sure people work, make the employees feel good and want to come to work, and make sure we treat customers good, and make them feel like they can ask for help, and keep an eye for shoplifters as well
