I would require GMs and staff to undergo an external review process. some of the management and staff are grossly inadequate at their jobs.

If I had had the choice to leave it would have been because the GM had created a toxic and unfriendly atmosphere, not to mention unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Sick days at these types of jobs are all standard. always check with Ontario Ministry of Labour and request the same from your employer once you are hired. dispute any failure to comply.
