Best Job Ever
Customer Success Architect (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CA14 February 2019
DocuSign is the best company I've ever worked for. People are smart, collaborative, friendly, supportive. Everyone helps each other do their best and they go out of their way to make sure the company and customers both succeed. Employees really believe in the product and the impact it has on business and the environment.

The leadership is completely open and transparent, and is big on communication. They take employee surveys seriously and make tremendous efforts to address any issues raised.

DocuSign is an amazing place to work
Education Market Development Representative (Current Employee) –  Seattle, WA21 January 2019
DocuSign is a growing company, battling some learning curves as standardization is optimized internally; however, with a terrific culture and people all over the organization willing to help, it is a terrific place to work.

Good place for young professionals
Market Development Intern (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CA20 December 2018
This is a great place to start any career. The promotion ladder is very clear as well as the requirements for promotion. The culture is fun and easy going but people still get their work done.

Overall good place to work
Director of Engineering (Current Employee) –  Seattle, WA27 November 2018
Lot of interesting problems to work. Pretty easy to move between teams. Lot of home-grown software and not man opportunities to use anything else. Individual contributors are generally happier than management. Planning and cross-team collaboration is difficult and not well organized. Lot of good benefits and the CEO is the best. People generally care about one-another.
Pros
Good eng leadership, decent facilities, great peers
Cons
Product management and planning is not great

It's a good place to work
Lead Account Retention Specialist (Former Employee) –  Seattle, WA17 November 2018
My review for Docusign is this it is a good place to work but like any other offices you have people that are out for what ever and looking to step on any one or just does not like a person and do anything to get them fired because they may feel like this person is a threat. But over all I liked working there they really do take care of their employees
Pros
Free Lunches and really good benefits
Cons
certain people that are there are not good people

Great place to work
Director Enterprise Services (Former Employee) –  Seattle, WA29 October 2018
Great opportunity and great place to work that had a clear vision. The only reason I left was once it was close to going public they brought it a bunch of outside folks and I felt advancement was limited for internal growth. Not that that transition is done, I think the opportunities are there again as they grow and expand. Good people
Pros
clear vision
Cons
Like to bring in big names from outside for higher up positions

A hot mess
Strategic Account Manager (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CA29 October 2018
Good, not great. Silos make it hard to understand company goals. Very disorganized sales organization. Very immature process, people have competing agendas, technology is vast but thoroughly confusing. Culture is okay, but nothing special.
Pros
RSUs, recent 401K match
Cons
Work/life balance. Disorganized. Little to no growth mentality.

Sales Development Representative (Former Employee) –  Seattle, WA9 August 2018
It was an absolute pleasure to work at DocuSign. Great way to begin your career, with lots of emphasis placed on training new hires. There was a clear structure for advancement and a competitive environment that allowed d focused and goal-oriented individuals to thrive.

Great company to work for starting out entry level. Gave me the opportunity to learn and grow my career. Biggest downside is internal promotions get paid much less then external hires.
Pros
Lots of Free Snacks
Cons
External Hires get paid more than internal promotions, work life balance

Great company, Culture & CEO
Sr. Tax Analyst (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CA26 June 2018
Reporting managers make or break the career. There are handful that don't care of their employees and so, no career guidance is given by the managers.

No career growth!
Pros
Great company, & CEO to work for
Cons
Lack of Career Advancement

Good Product, Smaller - Mid Sized company with large name.

Good Product, Smaller - Mid Sized company with large name. I have enjoyed selling the solution to large companies however management is starting to shrink territories and increase micro management.
Pros
Market Leader in eSign
Cons
Management is beginning to micro manage

Ótima internacionalmente, ruim no Brasil
Pros
Ambiente bom, cultura global
Cons

Pros
Investimentos
Cons

Poor experience
Rapid Adoption Consultant (Former Employee) –  Seattle, WA9 January 2018
While a good product, the culture at Docusign is at best unfocused, with no real long term plan for how they will train and maintain the native knowledge base. It is at best sink or swim with an emphasis on sink. Sales is cut throat with unrealistic goals, not enough staff to meet the needs of the clients, and a support team with a high skill and low direction. It would seem that the benefits (catered lunches, free soda, easy access to alcohol) outweigh the need for a concise plan for how the staff operates on a daily basis.
Pros
Easy access to free food
Cons
no focus from management

IT Security Intern (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CA3 January 2018
Great place to work. Very talented and determined co-workers. As a paid-intern I had a chance to use my skills and see how a collaborative team works efficiently
