Better work/life balance than other studios
Not a bad place to work, management is okay and you don't get treated too bad. No advancement at the moment because of the strike, or else PA job is okay. You can work from home and basically do f*uckall.

Toxic work place
Production Coordinator (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - 29 August 2023
The company is full of toxic narcissists. A typical day at work is handling kids like people who have zero understanding. There’s nothing to enjoy in the company except if you are managements pet.

Great WLB
Associate Producer (Former Employee) - Virtual - 22 June 2021
Loved my teammates, always supportive and positive. They paid me well. Most of the time I able to work wherever I felt comfortable. My boss was flexible with my work time too. I wish different was that the higher-up management could have less drama and be more productive.

Very talented artists & very poor management
Office Manager/HR Generalist (Former Employee) - Los Angeles, CA - 20 January 2021
Talented artists working on top shows and movies. Company management is lacking real global business leadership and poor decisions are made because of it.

Not for long term.
Matchmove TD (Former Employee) - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 13 January 2021
Worst place to work.. this management is different from the one in London, here they follow a worst work culture, treating employees like slaves. Junior employees were badly underpaid. All they want is create a panic situation every day and pressure the employees. Not recommended at all..
Pros
Can work in some major Hollywood movies
Cons
Unpaid overtime, Internal politics, racism, bullying

Eat or Be Eaten
Production Coordinator (Former Employee) - Chennai - 3 October 2020
Not a fan. Extremely stressful. Extremely competitive.Management and the senior employees dump their work on you. No room for improvement, won't let you grow. No holidays, no Saturdays and Sundays. I have worked on Republic Day and Sundays to get paid in coins.
Pros
Made a few good friends.
Cons
Everything.

Interesting problems, great people
R&D Programmer (Former Employee) - London - 17 September 2019
A bit of a wonky pipeline but the people make up for it, some lacklustre management on the technical side of things. Artists and production can be very stressed but overall it's a good place to work.
