Stressful environment, micromanagers but collaborative colleagues

The environment inside the company is overall collaborative. However the managers are micromanaging and there is no particular manual/steps to train new employees. The work structure is quite disshevelled and you are expected to know-it-all. There are no full trainings given to you.
