Fun and Rewarding Workplace!
Working with the District of Mission is a fun and rewarding job! There are a variety of positions available to suit your schedule. All of the supervisors are extremely kind and willing to help in any way possible. The children’s programs are especially fun to work. Definitely a great job if you love working with kids and the community!

Unorganized
It’s a retirement job, no hours, pay isn’t that great and there is no motivation for improvement. Also very stagnant, and over managed. Only good part was having a good set of coworkers

Top organization
Very friendly and supportive atmosphere. 9-day fortnight helps with work-life balance. Lots of opportunity for crossover into different fields. I'll likely retired here!

Good people poor vision
Phoney sense that management cares about you. Office people are well paid and very too heavy. The guys who do the real work are regarded like a number and the wage does not reflect the job done.

Fun place to work
working for any municipality is a great opportunity. You get to work with the community and learn so much about your own city. The salary is awesome with a chance to grow within city hall.
