just like any job that relies on the customer base and seasons, sometimes the hours just aren't there. The management does everything and anything to keep us paid and busy, very supportive, friendly environment. truly one of the best companies I've worked for

Benefits and pay are good. Some of the management is not the greatest. Took awhile to get paid when I first started.Decent work functions when they did happen. Not much room for advancement
