Can't grow it's only a dead end job
They start off great then they show there true colors I was there for 6 months they offered me apprentice for being a mechanic but they never taught me nothing always put me through washbay which is horrible 30 cars a day to clean with no overtime service advisor don't respect your work always rushes you if you want to make a complain save it they won't listen there is no raise your stuck with the pay you started with and avoid detail side they pay less and try to get more work out of you basically use you so many employees has left now I know why

Terrible Company
What a terrible company to work for. I would never recommend any dealership in the Dilawri Group. The group is led by someone who has no respect or integrity. Getting a job with them is asking for a culture full of poison and they reward only the very top. Do not go here unless you want to work like a dog and be taken advantage of. You’re just another number and the reporting and micromanaging will tell you that right away. STAY AWAY!!!!

Fine for experience but not worth the stay.
Dilawri doesn’t bother staying competitive but boasts about how they like to hire within. The reason? So they don’t have to bother with paying you more. I have seen many colleagues get moved around to different locations only to have their pay cut, constantly changed, and benefits removed. Everyone has had difficulty during the pandemic but Dilawri’s method of underpaying, under appreciating, and at times even psychologically abusing their workers has been happening since they have been around. Join to get experience, but leave as soon as you find better pay and a better company to work for. This company does not stay true to their “values”, and I doubt that will change anytime soon.

Absolutely loved this job.
I loved working here. I left for my own personal reasons but to be honest I shouldn’t have as it was the best job I’ve had. I would highly recommend dilawri to anyone looking for a company who also treats you like family.

Loved it.
I used to work there. I had a family emergency to take care of. Then Covid lock downs have caused a delay In finding work. I was a machine for the company. Breaking records
