I learned many things at DD, as its environment for my job was very open to increasing ones knowledge. Almost all computer skills I currently possess were learned here, with exception to certain things older than my employment there.

Great place to work

I had a lot of work-life balance, and the team was amazing to work with. We were working from home due to the pandemic, and there wasn’t any pressure to return. Everyone remained productive even when working remotely.

Stay away from this toxic culture at all costs.

This seems like a really great place to work. But it is one of the worst places I've ever worked. You will work exceptionally long hours while the management will do everything to act out in the worst ways imaginable.

Good pipeline, bad hours

A lot of politics Fairly organized pipeline Enjoyable projects to work on Resources are so-so (computer, laptop quality) Lack of training program Awesome people to work with

OT meals, good salary, awesome people, pretty ordganized pipeline

No job security, lack of proper training
