I would try to have the field employees sign up for their availability instead of being at the mercy of the "on call 24/7" system.
Would like to see riggers get some title or recognition after being employed for some time. It can be a long way to the top, although, training as increased significantly over the last year.
I would hire managers that listened to their employees and would fight to keep good people regardless of what upper management said
