Be a real workplace and not when they only in desperate situation that they will hire once the project is over so as you. Check DFI on indeed every week, they are always advertising for work that’s there game, very high turnover. Very low life type of management they like calling people names it’s very humiliating it doesn’t matter how old you are they do not respect people they are working on the floor shop which is their bread and butter but management fo not see that! They are called DFI boys club.

There’s no such flexible hours to DFI. You want to work? Then they’ll tell you straight, if you can not come to work at 6:00 am then don’t show up you are very easy to be replace.Asked 2 May 2019

I would try to have the field employees sign up for their availability instead of being at the mercy of the "on call 24/7" system.Would like to see riggers get some title or recognition after being employed for some time.
