Answered 6 January 2020NO . It's hard to get a day off though from what other employees have said. Can't be late or Ill . They'll argue with you if you need time off. Make you cover the work that is abandoned because staff doesn't show up. Very common to come to work and be alone. Supervisors spend all day driving around. Sitting in parking lots, eating. No help ever. Won't get rid of the lazy people, just expect the rest to take over and do 3 people's jobs, no extra pay. High high turnover. Don't come here!

Answered 31 December 2019I guess it would depend on each site. My site I usually receive either an email from the client or my DM, from there I personally relay the feedback to the employees.
