From the terrible coffee to management, its just an awful place to work. It feels like high school all over again. Management and human resources get together in a tiny office to chit chat while they get upset if you socialize with others. They yell at you if you break social distancing rules (Ex: only 2 people in the break room at one time) but as stated above, they cluster into a small office and just talk. The pay is awful and there's no feeling that you're valued as an employee. Literally anywhere is better than here. HR is super uptight about dress code while ignoring it all together. You can't expect employees to respect your policies or you if you don't follow them yourself. Overall, all the issues are with management. Fellow co workers are great and very supportive but we all feel the same. Management can and should do a lot better. Toxic management leads to a toxic work environment.

.Great group of employees, HR is always working to make things better for the employees. Great customer service. The customers always make the job worthwhile. It was great seeing our staff greet customers in a welcoming, friendly manner. My job was fast-paced, detail-oriented and number driven

The owners and co-workers are great but as others have said human resources is where the problem lies. They turned a blind-eye to the former service manager's documented abuse and harassment of employees while singing his praises.
Pros
Co workers - owners - pay
Cons
Former management - human resources

Human Resources has no code of ethics, is useless, doesn't deliver on their promises looking out for your best interests and will collude with management stabbing you in the back.

The Manager needs to check his Napoleon sized ego, unprofessional conduct. He emphasizes everything wrong with dealerships creating a toxic environment of backstabbing, favouritism and a revolving door.

Some nice folks, but plenty of disconnect. The sales departments has a nice 4-5 day course for sales people, very beneficial for newer sales people. They have a better than average sales process but there is plenty of the usual ups and downs associated with the auto industry.
Culture was not fostered effectively.
