I grew up with Desjardins, so I'm a bit biased. It was a really good company to work for. At first I was happy with the salary offered, but when I got there for my first day I got to know awesome people that gradually became more than just formal coworkers. That means going to work was fun. Management was in on it too to a certain degree. It's not to say that no work gets done. In fact, the team was setup with individuals within it that would challenge one another. There were incentives.
