A lot of advantages but needs improvment
A lot of steps before getting hired and training and probation I am happy that i was selected, it shows that i am tough and smart But they are reading other things that stop them from seeing the talent sometimes, i enjoyed, it was my dream job But they need to work on perceptions. The reality is not always what it seems. We are all the same, if you permit something to someone, it means i am allowed to it and i won't beg for it (fairness).Agent aux opérations in Montréal, QC

A company built to take advantage of you
This company has no clue what they're doing. The claims department has no retention because they pile all the work on you. The company takes advantage of you by keeping you in the position you are and your yearly reviews are very one sided. If you do move departments, they will force you into working for claims because they cant retain anyone even though it isn't your job. The benefits are great if you can move past the fact that the entire claims department is a joke. The managers will feed you information just to keep you happy but only care about what works best for them. They are terrible to their employees and preach a "happy" work life style but have no problem taking advantage of you as an employee. They also pay the least out of every insurance company in the business. Stay as far away from this company as possible. What would you say about your employer?
