I was a benefits analyst. I spoke with veterans over the phone to see if they were a fit to get hearing aids through their benefits. The management was fantastic and was constantly working with us to ensure we were always doing as much as we could for them. The most challenging aspect of this job was seeing that not all of our clients had the skills to be able to accomplish what they were trying to achieve. This was a temp position that was filling, I was asked to go back for a permanent position but I had already accepted another position.
The staff was great and it was a fantastic place to work
