Reviews for Dentist at dentalcorp
Have some respect for yourself and the profession and don't work for dental corp!
dentist (Former Employee) - Mississauga, ON - 12 February 2023
I have worked in several other practices but these people at dental corp are by far the worst people to work with! With all fairness, I was lucky most of the other employees at the practice were nice people but when it comes to dealing with dental corp, it is run by a group of people that can't care less about anything but the dime! Have some respect for yourself and the profession and don't work for these people! On another note, most of the positive reviews you will see here are written by their current employees and not dentists!
Pros
none
Cons
No job security, no room to grow, toxic work environment

Worst place to work
Dentist (Former Employee) - Manitoba - 25 January 2023
Toxic environment with only money as driving factor. Patient care is advertised focus but easily not the case. Bonuses promised to staff and treatment pushed on patients that was money driven and unnecessary. Cheapest materials used in patient care and poor management generally led staff to quit and dentists to leave because of ethical reasons. Overall things would be promised but never in writing and then when inquired about denied the conversation . Always told one thing then would change . Repeatedly told to stay quiet or there would be trouble for you as an employee .
Pros
Pay structure as only attraction
Cons
Empty promises and lies . Unethical practices.

Good perks for Dentists
Dentist (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 29 September 2022
New grad who recently joined the dentalcorp network. Have received lots of support through their mentorship program and CE, great team and opportunities to learn.
