typical automotive manufacturing company

There are lots of good people ub the company but there are some bad leaders as well, depends on how lucky you get with your department. Repetitive work with old machinery that can be a bit tedious and annoying to deal with, (bad parts coming out, or machines not working properly that effect your outcome and the operators are expected to deal with it/make up for it)

Good job with good pay

Great company. Awesome benefits and pay. Rotating shifts can be difficult with a family but they will help if necessary. Hard work but you make great friends

Denso

The job pays well, but it an overall horrible job. Managment is horrible and being forced to work overtime is tiring. Endless threats to be let go if don't work extra hours.
