Coworkers are usually easy to get along with, good benefits, good pay for easy work.
Denso as a company gives great benefits, great incentives and great programs/events. Company offers full uniform, there’s a cafeteria, lounge area as well. Lots of pros when it comes to working for this company, most of the people who work there are very nice, fun to get along with, outgoing and smart but as there is pros, there’s almost as many cons. It’s not a clean facility, garbage everywhere...

Very Repetitive , fast paced
Very clean factory with amazing associates. Everybody is very helpful. Team leades & Sub leaders are working 50-60hrs/wk mandatory most lines.The company use to be alot better to its associates then they are today.(ie bbqs,picnics,golf tournament, christmas parties, &lots of free clothes n food. Had alot of fun and made a few good friends. And the cafeteria has good hot food! (Well pre covid)...

Good environment
Pays well and job isn't difficult to do. working was low stress and well paid. Cafeteria has a rotating menu for breakfast lunches and supper. locker room was neat and tidy.

Great pay, bad job
The company claims to care about it's employees however treat employees just like a number. They are not as ergonomically friendly as they should be considering how physically demanding the job is.

Good place to work
A typical day is like any other factory position. Go to work, put on your steel toe shoes and go out on the floor and produce parts for the company you are supplying. For the most part, I really enjoyed working here, mainly because as an on-call associate the flexibility with my schedule was very helpful, especially while I was in school.
