Need to apply for jobs as they come up and interview. Sometimes projects were required.
After you complete the contract period your solid with all the support and accommodations. They train you a lot about hvac and there’s always room to grow within the company and tons of raises. (Started at $17 and not even 2 years later was around 25$ /h several raises later ) it’s in guelph which guelph itself is very very helpful and the best mental health support system I’ve ever had. By far best company I’ve ever worked for.
