Had wonderful fellow employees
Shifts went fast with proper employees. Most customers came often because service was given well so customers were awesome also! Promotions come easy.

Work Hard with no Reward
Owners of the downtown location falsely accuse you of stealing, even when you worked your butt off to make the place successful, welcoming to customers while trying to implement a great work culture. Stay away! They love to exploit.

It can be a good place to work as long as management knows how to do their job if not it can be pretty brutal
It was very unorganized in the beginning management was excellent but then the majority of them left and it just went downhill people didn't do their backup and there was no accountability for it it was just left to the next server

Decent pay if you work hard
There was a lot to enjoy most of the time. The company owned stores seemed to be better places to work than many of the franchise units. Big problem has always been low employee morale. It is an image issue that is more a people problem that a company operations problem. I did work for Denny's 35 years and loved my job 90% of the time
