They need to review their way they run their CRM and especially the awkward fashion the way they operate their internal quotation processes. Better and stanardized written procedure manuals would greatly assist with accomplishing this.

It's a developing environment with a very low turnover rate. They pay attention to the needs of the employees. They also have a lot of company events.
Pros
Free lunches, staff events, benefits

Can be complete lack of communication. Management really has no clue. Culture is poor at times. Best part is co-workers only. But even that isn't enough at times.

A comfortable work environment filled with friendly staff and management. As a developer you would be required to attend daily meetings much like "stand-up meetings", outlining app progress, things going well, things not going well, areas of improvement, bug reports, etc. Company aims to excel in their industry, guaranteeing clients the best services. Overall had a great coop experience with them, plus there's free coffee :D
