No work life balance or personal time. Partners only care about their pay check. Audit is going to waste at this practice. Stay away and find something meaningful.

Strong culture, good people, decent pay. Of course a lot of your experience will depend on the business unit, team, and project your're in. Increased focus since the pandemic on work-life balance.

Good place to work, but extremely vague roles

Good for people looking to build a career in consulting, not so good if you are a typical IT person. The role offered to me and the work I did were a lot different. Billability in projects will play a great role in annual ratings, even though the leaders will say the exact opposite throughout the year.
