See title. You will have tons of industry experience after Deloitte, but that's it. The pay is subpar compared with competitors, management is not trained to be good leaders, and there is little focus on personal development. Very revenue focused.

Management will ruthlessly use your personal life in the name of work, Bureaucratic, Too revenue focused

Workplace where you can cultivate yourself

When you are working with a team for a project, you are expected to perform extra hours.But once its done, you have time for yourself.I learned that performance is only a little part of required ability at work. People who are part of Deloitte is already qualified and capable of the work they provide. Bigger part of ability you need to have is the teamwork and attitude. These traits are hard to learn and earn but once its yours, you get to see hidden aspects of work with a much broader view.

Toxic environment at Toronto office

Promotion based on favoritism, extreme workload, partners usually do not care if you need help - just get the job done. No pay for extra hours. Colleagues are friendly and willing to help, but they are all stressed out and busy too. Little to no salary raise, pay is below the market. Huge turnover in the past few years.
