During a typical day at work we attend any customer requirements, which are send by email. No matter if being on site or remote due to COV19, the assignations in my job are always amazing since the perspective of reviewing the process, forms, reports, interfaces and the flow of information always leading to get the opportunities to enhance this processes, training the users and getting things done.I love management since they are always responsible and respectful. I think the workplace culture is the best, always very good communications and always with many projects and ideas to make us keep interested on technology and the next steps.

Great place to advance in your career

Great place to advance in your career. Annual promotions of you manage to stick out through busy season. Work life balance almost non existent depending on the mandates you are staffed on.

The Name is Worth It. But you need to have a plan. Not for everyone.

Client exposure, engagement and perks are great. Fantastic actually. You can't have a better clique corporate job than working for a big 4 firm. Little room for mistakes and work load is heavy and long hours. I learned you need to be fully dedicated and on call, not a place to expect work life balance. The work culture is driven by the high demand of people wanting to join the firm so this creates a lot of pressure to perform and be present. Finding a good mentor or engagement assignments are very hard to select yourself. You need the right personality and work ethic to thrive. Not for everyone. Networking is very important and playing corporate politics. You need to go above and beyond to show your worth and value. Long term mental health concerns (burn out) and performance enhancement substance abuse is a dark side not discussed. Employees who develop obvious dependence issues are not acknowledged and dismissed quietly. Lots of training and changing methodology approach create gaps in management work preference. Need to know what your managements expectations are in order to delivery the 'right' results.

Growth is dependent on relationship with Managers and Partners - Not work accomplishment, Building relationship is difficult for newcomers if not referred or affiliated, Significant unconcious bias present, High Demand to join the firm gives management reign to exploit working staff, 1 bad performance and you are more or less blacklisted/fired

Miserable.

They preach about work-life balance, which doesn't exist in reality. Paid less than minimum wage for the hours of work you will put in. Management is cut throat and prioritize their own potential advancement over the development of other employees. Honestly, don't even apply if you enjoy having a life outside of work...

Great learning, poor work-life balance

It’s typical consulting. This means you learn a ton and it looks so good on your resume, but you’ll be working evenings and at least one weekend a month. Benefits are solid, though comp will be average or below average.

Employees can be overworked and underpaid, but benefits are good.

Processes and procedures can be old school and general working environment can be more flexible and easy going. And training could be more job specific if you need it.

Non productive and poisonous work place

Worked for almost three non productive years. Internal politics, favoritism and lack of leadership vision make it a poisonous workplace. Need to implement concepts of premium work ethics, people first etc.

Toxic workplace - not good for tech careers

This place is only good if you are just getting started and need to get introduced to toxic corporate culture, full of politics and with a blatant disregard for merit and expertise. Working hours are really long, not compensated, there is no work-life balance and recognition is based on how friendly you are to the manager or partner, not on your actual contributions. There are typically one or two seniors who are very knowledgeable, too tired to look for other jobs and are doing the work for the juniors (who are billed as seniors to customers). The very few managers that care about the human aspect have less recognition as partners only care about revenue, so they end up leaving. Salary and benefits are ok, but nothing special. They do land important customers and big projects, just like any other of the big four firms.

Professional and enjoyable place to work.

Very professional, staff and Management very pleasant lots to learn and room to excel.Very up to date office Gym on siite.Lunchroom on every floor, equipped with coffee machines and other hot drinks.My 32 years with Deloitte has been enjoyable. I recommend working for Deloitte. Some changes have been made and is not like 32yrs ago, but I adjust and kept up with the changes. I did not expect working conditions to be the same forever. All in all it turned out to be ok.

Toxic WorkplaceApproach this company with skepticism.Very toxic workplace culture.This company has a reputation of dismissing employees without reason.The senior management and managers of the engagement financial services practice do not protect their employees.Management encourages workplace politics among employees which causes lots of stress.This firm has a diverse workforce but uses diversity as cover to mistreat employees.

8/10 all star ( 4 star) I appreciate there culture and working setups, I really like to join them in future if i get a chance. some time is depends on every team and team lead how much you satisfy with them is not about company but is about your team so hard to say some time how we evaluate them.

Good learning platform for beginners

Great learning experience for beginners to start their career. Work life balance is difficult for people with families. There is no working hours and you are expected to be working round the clock.

Avoid Working Here at All Costs

If you value respect, integrity, teamwork, empowerment, ethical or even competent leadership you should not work here. Many partners operate akin to mob bosses sitting on top of their pyramid profiting off the backs of their employees who are educated, able, yet very scared all the time. You are a dispensable commodity to them and will get rid of you if you don't become one of their puppies. Most of them operate from near narcissist self-interest and develop internal factions. They engage in internal competition and empire building, hoarding information and blaming everyone around them for their own incompetence. When new people start, they realize the mistake they made within a few weeks and are stuck for at least a year. They are drawn in by the glitzy brand and realize what a circus of a toxic environment it is and just work through the pain until they can find something better.

Very transparent communications by leadership

Great place to work, ample opportunities to grow and move up. Diversity is promoted. Do not micromanage. Awesome talent. Multiple channels to raise any issues or concerns and manage and leadership are very approachable

Unprofessional and toxic work environment . Nobody cares about you ad a person. Work extended hours and have no personal life. Plus spread gossips about other. HR does not help and don’t believe you unless you are at least at a manager position

ok place to work you are just a number in the end management is ok but not too helpfull. your hard work is not always rewarded or regognized unless you are liked by management.
