Excellent place to work

Lots of potential but poor management
Most enjoyable part of the job was learning new water processing systems. Hardest part was travel which was approximately 85% of work time and extremely more than what was told at hiring. Management was disorganized and provided little support either in the field or in the office.What would you say about your employer?
