- Flexible in terms of being able to work from home.
- Growth isn't as easy as first thought out.
- Benefits are pretty basic. Eye coverage isn't included.
- Busy season is anytime client has budget cycles going on.
- Bonuses are based on utilization. The more projects you're on the better.
- Be able to work independently.

Lack of training of new employees, no oversight/feedback. No company culture and very low starting compensation.Some exposure to client relationships.

Good salary, benefits, culture and people, limited areas of advancement

The people who work here are passionate about what they do and work very hard to ensure you get on board. Good work for good play, merit based so your promotions are based on your work ethic. Overall great company.
