Day to Day Overview

- High tempo work environment. - Flexible in terms of being able to work from home. - Growth isn't as easy as first thought out. - Benefits are pretty basic. Eye coverage isn't included. - Busy season is anytime client has budget cycles going on. - Bonuses are based on utilization. The more projects you're on the better. - Be able to work independently.
