Worked for a TCHC building, poor working environment, was good motivator in the beginning, but because of workload and expenses, was very stressful in the long run, unfortunate for me to have a manager with few experience managing a social housing portfolio, it affects the whole team and our performance

Unprofessional, unsupported, trashing managers that should not even be in customer service of any kind. Don’t waste your time. Company does not invest in you at all. Just a joke

No Job Security

DMS opportunities are posted as permanent but they can let you go at anytime without cause. Because of the industry competitiveness fellow colleagues become petty and make every attempt to sabotage you or work with the few dishonest mangers to get rid of you if you step on the toes of their "favorites". It's basically a who you know and NOT what you know work environment.

irregular and inconsistent hours, not enough hours for workers and wages do not reflect the amount of work done. its a bit easy-going and lots of nice people work there but upper management just throws things out and hopes something sticks.

Very supportive Boss! Financially rewarding.

I enjoyed working there, never a dull moment as one reviewer mentioned.. Friendly co-workers. A chance for upgrade studies as my location was next to Humber College.

Horrible Company

Very unorganized, no leadership, no direction given, no advancement, no support, all lies given by owners and owners are bought and paid for by their contractors so they do a terrible job and your behind from the word go. No support from upper management. Director shows favorite and if your not in, then your on the outside looking in.

Terrible working there. Opinion from managers, accountants, and more . Slavery in moden days. Discrimination at every level. Unfair company. Low level people. Special needs management. Ignorant. Some people have high school level not more.
