Its ok to work there. No opportunity to get promoted even you have capacity. Fun in morning shift but no one seem to care about people work in midnight shift

Wasted my time and energy
Management control everything, they micro manage, senior Director and Director will eat expensive lunches every other day on company’s expense and excessive pressure on everyone for no reason, even if you work super hard, your job is still not secure. No one want to work, on the few people actually work. No collaboration between departments. I regret working here.

An opportunity that’s unfortunately too good to be true
Congratulations on getting a full time job at one of the fastest growing “ethical, sustainable” beauty companies! But guess what? You’re going to get extremely lowballed, sick days per year are in the single digits, and don’t expect any empathy for not operating like a robot who doesn’t need accommodations unless they like you on a personal level. What you will get, however, is everyone calling each other a “family” and free monthly lunches. Extremely overloaded with work with no extra compensation, no flexibility unless you’re a higher up then you can take time off whenever you want. I could go on and on but hopefully this is enough to deter you from here. Constructive feedback and criticism is met with scoffs and tossed aside.

Watch out for micromanager(s)
Pros:-Colleagues are friendly and helpful. You get some great teamwork with the right people.-Likely one day at office per week in the future.Cons:-Micromanager drives you crazy. They takes all the fun work from you and leaves you dying internally. They makes the job extremely boring and drives you crazy. - They don’t care much about your personal growth. Next to zero employment retention program.- Poor compensation. Don’t expect to get a fair salary raise with the annual review. - Nepotism.
