Not a terrible place to work
Don’t mind it here, the people you work with are great. It’s the little things here. Constantly getting sick, not great food, dorms are 3/10 and parts for equipment will drive you up the wall. Good pay, difficult lifestyle
Good pay, but difficult work/life balance with a family and working remotely. Camp is not the best quality, but the workers are great. Management is tough to connect with.

Stressful work culture
if you want to work for a company that has a superintendent whose attitude is his way or the high way, who has put unqualified people into leadership positions because they are friends or, yes, men have no tools to repair anything spend hours trying to find basics hand tools then this is the place for you
