This company does not value the loyalty of their people.
Machine operator (Current Employee) - Tobram - 1 October 2022
Work politics is very thick here, that’s when certain people don’t like you, it does not matter you can do the job you are applying for you won’t get it and worst they put that person down; and worst there are people in the office who doesn’t even know simple Microsoft Office app but these people thinks they are so much way smarter than people in production.

Soudeur (Former Employee) - Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC - 4 December 2021

Safe and competent workplace with great benefit package
Pipefitter (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 1 September 2020
Pretty straight forward.
Plan the jobs for the day.
Review safety meetings.
Review all of the hazards for the day.
Management and workers are all easy to work with, they are great teachers.
I learned how to be a competent Pipefitter, great organization skills, and learned the value of working at a highly intense oil/gas plant.
The hardest part of the job was performing critical jobs and getting the, done safely.
The most enjoyable part of the job was getting up and going to work everyday.
Pros
Out of town 7&7
Cons
Gas fumes, and very loud

A good change from American Jobs
Pipefitter Foreman (Former Employee) - Fort McMurray, AB - 26 December 2018
After working for several years as a pipefitter in the US, I had the opportunity to work with DCM in Fort McMurray. Overall, it was a much more pleasant experience then working in the states. There were some issues with exchange rates and a minor difficulty in paying bills back home sometimes, but over all it was a good experience
Pros
Camp Job
Cons
