Well technically I actually was in charge. I tried my best to provide transparency while using discretion as needed through working relationships.
My goal was to create an environment where all employees felt valued for their contributions and received encouraging guidance when looking to grow within the company.
I hope this has continued and been improved on since my time there. As well, I hope that the executive team learned from my mistakes and made an effort to improve work/life balance.
