To be honest the company is very good when it comes to salary and benefits. However if you are the type like me who care about the company and the work flow, it is a place that may be not for you. Company has a real problem with the software that is in charge of the operations. It is not designed to utilize it to get the best efficiencies. On top of that the system management team is not clear on the process or the best process to put in place to keep the system accurate.
Since the company struggles with the management of the software, it struggles retaining a good management team. The management team is a revolving door. So there is no real solution put in place by good management team to get the company to be more efficient and make a great place for its employees.
It is in need of real experienced management team who would stick through and help resolve the software issue that is a plague and help get the company to the next level.
