What is the vacation policy like at David's Bridal? How many vacation days do you get per year?
You could take as many vacation days as you’d like being part time, you just didn’t get paid for them.
It’s very female empowered, but also high stress. Management is more supportive of the stylist team as they make the actual sales.
It's fast pace and fun environment when they aren't breathing down your neck because no body wants to buy anything. Very forced happiness.
What would you suggest David's Bridal management do to prevent others from leaving?
Try to recognize employees' efforts and help them to grow instead of demotivating them and terminating them after telling them that they are not good at the job. Try supporting employees equally and do not go only with the employees close to the management.
