Culture - no one cares about anyone
Bad management, worse upper management, not everyone is treated equally but you will be told otherwise. There is a reason they always have an ad on Indeed 365 days a year. They just don't care about anyone and it makes life miserable. The only positive thing I can say is that OT is rarely mandatory and you are in and out in 8hrs consistently. Training on jobs specifics is mostly a 'figure it out'...

A typical day would be busy or less busy depending on the work but work is easy. Requires standing for a long time. Hard to get shifts because of partiality of the production manager. Gives more shifts to gujrati doesn't matter if they joined later or earlier. They get the shifts even if you joined earlier.
