A typical shift is a long hard working day with some downtime. Depending on the event, weddings you can work upwards of 12 hours +
Grat is added to pay checks which is a nice bonus.
Co-workers are good to work with some are a little interesting.
Management is great, but if your sick and need a shift covered you have to do so yourself.
Kitchen staff - more... are very unorganized and head chef is one of the laziest people I have worked with in my career.
Overall as a server it is a good place to work in the winter and summer, there is less shifts in early Jan - May. - less
